For generations children have been wished a guardian angel on their way at their christening, in prayers, in songs, in small figures. This spoon carries the idea into silver: one little angel keeps watch at the end of the handle, and two more look at each other on the bowl.

Angel figure, stars and tendrils in detail

The figure at the top has curly hair, a little dress and small wings, and stands on a decorated ball. Below runs the slender handle with fine grooves, on which three stars sit. In the bowl two little angels with wings and halos face each other, framed by tendrils, with a small heart beneath. Handle and figures carry blackened recesses, and the bowl is polished to a high shine.

A christening keepsake, not children's cutlery

The spoon is so light and so small that it is meant as a christening keepsake, not as children's cutlery.
