Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Goods are shipped worldwide.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic Deliveries (Germany):
We do not charge shipping costs.
International Deliveries:
We charge a flat rate for international shipping as follows:
Zone 1: €19.00
Shipping within Europe: (Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, Austria)
Zone 1 non-EU: €29.00
Shipping to non-EU member states (United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland)
Zone 2 - Rest of the World: €49.00
(USA, Canada, North African regions, Middle East, parts of Asia, China, Hong Kong)
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) will be made within 3 - 5 working days, and international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further Payment Details
For payment by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate, to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
For payment by credit card (without using a payment service provider) your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
