We offer an exclusive engraving service for silver items , guaranteeing the highest precision and craftsmanship. We place great emphasis on individual consultation to ensure you get the best possible engraving results.
⚠ Important note: Not every item is suitable for engraving! Each request is reviewed individually.
🔹 Which items are suitable for engraving?
Not all silver products are suitable for engraving. There are two different engraving methods, depending on the nature of the item:
✅ 1. Engraving in our professional engraving workshop (Chemnitz)
- For simple silver products without additional finishing
- Processing time: approx. 3–5 working days (excluding holiday periods)
✅ 2. Engraving by the manufacturer (for products with niello & gold plating)
- Especially for high-quality silver items with niello or gold plating
- Here the engraving is made before finishing
- This is followed by niello processing, gilding and polishing
- Processing time: longer than for standard engravings
We will inform you of the exact processing time after reviewing your request.
🔹 How to order engraving – step by step
1️⃣ Make an engraving request
Use our contact form and provide the following details:
✅ Desired article
✅ Your engraving text (max. 30 characters)
✅ Font (if you prefer a specific one)
✅ Engraving position
💡 You can also upload a picture or sketch if you have special requests.
2️⃣ Feasibility check
- We will check whether engraving is possible on the desired item.
- If changes are necessary, you will receive feedback with an alternative suggestion .
3️⃣ Confirmation & Order
- Once the engraving has been verified, you will receive an email confirmation .
- You can then order the item in our shop.
- Engraving costs are charged separately.
4️⃣ Payment for engraving
The cost of engraving depends on the number of characters:

5️⃣ Implementation & Shipping
- Standard engravings : processing time approx. 3–5 working days
- Manufacturer engravings (Niello/gilding) : processing time varies depending on the item
Once completed, your item will be shipped immediately.

We offer a variety of fonts to choose from. You'll receive an overview after your request.
❓ Can I have my own font or logo engraved?
Yes, custom engravings are possible! Please send us your requests via inquiry.
❓ Can I have an item I have already purchased engraved?
