Payment and Shipping
The following terms apply:

Deliveries outside the EU (Zone 1 non-EU and Zone 2): customs and import charges
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional taxes and charges may apply in the destination country, e.g. import VAT, customs duties and carrier fees. These costs are not collected or invoiced by us. You pay them directly to the relevant customs or tax authority or to the carrier, usually on delivery. The amount depends on the destination country, the value and the type of goods, so we cannot state it in advance. Your local customs authority can advise you.
Refusing delivery? Please think it over first
If a parcel sent outside the EU is not accepted because of the import charges, the carrier returns it to us. The return can take several weeks, and further customs duties, taxes and fees as well as return shipping costs may arise. How high they are depends on the country and the carrier. If you do not withdraw from the contract, we may claim the documented costs of the return transport and re-importation from you in accordance with the statutory provisions; in the event of withdrawal you bear only the cost of the return (see § 6a of our terms and conditions). So please consider before ordering whether you are willing to pay the import charges in the destination country. If you are unsure, contact us before we ship: we will then cancel your order and refund the full amount.
Worldwide express shipping on request: €149.95
Delivery within 3–5 working days with UPS. Express shipping cannot be booked at checkout: please contact us via our contact form before you order, and we'll arrange the date and details with you personally. Express shipping is only available for items in stock – for engraved items or pieces made to order, the regular delivery times apply.
Delivery times
Unless another period is stated in the offer, we deliver within Germany within 3–5 working days and abroad within 5–7 working days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed prepayment, from the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we ship them together in one parcel unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time is then determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

PayPal:
You can pay with PayPal directly at checkout – using the PayPal button or the “PayPal” payment option. The exact amount is charged in euros.
PayPal.Me (manual payment):
Alternatively, choose “PayPal.Me (manual payment)” at checkout and send the invoice amount yourself via PayPal after placing your order – using our link paypal.me/premiumgeschenkde or to our PayPal address paypal@premiumgeschenk.de. You enter the amount yourself. Please include your order number in the payment note so we can match your payment. As soon as the money has arrived, we process your order.
Paying from abroad
All prices are shown and charged in euros. Paying in euros is the least expensive option: your bank, card provider or PayPal account converts the amount into your currency. If you'd like to pay in your own currency, we'll give you the exact amount on request, based on the current reference rate of the European Central Bank plus a 3% adjustment for the currency conversion. You decide which option suits you best.
Further payment details
For prepayment by bank transfer, you will receive our bank details after placing your order. Please use your order number as the payment reference. We ship once payment has been received.
When paying by credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the amount is charged when your order is completed. For Klarna, Klarna’s terms apply.
