Material and workmanship

The delicate grey enamel is applied by hand and fired at a high temperature, creating a durable, color-fast motif with a velvety feel. The gold-plated accents subtly emphasize the kitten's contours. The blue eyes and pink nose provide fine color accents that give the grey kitten its serene character. Three colorful enamel dots in green, orange, and blue complement the play of colors on the handle, while the spoon bowl is polished to a high shine.

Tactile development concept

The colorful enamel dots along the handle attract the baby's gaze, while the soft grey of the kitten provides a calm background against which the accents appear lively. Raised relief dots on both sides of the handle give little hands a secure grip and train fine motor skills. Three gentle curves in the bowl of the spoon touch the baby's tongue during feeding, stimulating their sense of taste. The three-dimensional kitten with fine ears and a detailed face invites tactile exploration.

Occasions and target groups

A 925 silver baby spoon with enamel is a classic gift for births, baptisms, and first birthdays. The soft grey with gold accents is perfect for families who prefer understated elegance over loud designs. It is ideal for cat-loving families, where the grey kitten becomes a quiet symbol for their four-legged family member, or for parents of twins looking for two almost identical yet individual gifts.

Engraving and SilberVerse card

Engraving is possible upon verification — typically a name, name with date, or name with "from Grandma" or "from Godparent," with a maximum of 2 words or 20 characters on the back of the handle. Additionally, we offer a free, digitally designed SilberVerse card in 15 × 10 cm photo format (landscape).

Care

Clean by hand with warm water and mild dish soap; dry with a soft cloth. For light tarnishing, a silver polishing cloth is sufficient. Do not treat the enamel and gold plating with aggressive cleaners or abrasive agents. Not dishwasher safe.
