Material and craftsmanship

At the base of the spoon handle sits a small, three-dimensional bear, with a heart beneath it, both highlighted in gold. The rattle next to it is entirely silver, with a floral embossed heart head and a small loop for hanging. This rattle comes from Zaramella in Italy, and the spoon is from the ArgentA line — both are packaged together in a box with a ribbon.

Motif and significance

The little bear with the heart represents security and the first great bond within a family. The same image is repeated on the rattle in a playful form — intended for grasping and shaking, not just for looking at.
