Material and Workmanship

The entire handle is modeled as a reclining tomcat — head facing the spoon bowl, hind paws at the upper end of the handle, one paw showing its pink pads. In addition to the black enamel spots around the eyes, ears, and back, a bright orange accent on the belly is added — three colors applied in separate steps and fired at a high temperature, which gives the Black-Orange variant its three-colored, lively fur pattern. The manufacturing comes from the DoDo Tactile Collection.

Care

After each use, rinse with warm water and mild dish soap and dry with a soft cloth. The enamel elements are fired and tolerate normal cleaning. For light patina on the silver surfaces, a silver polishing cloth is sufficient. Not dishwasher safe.
