Material and workmanship

The pendant shows a standing boy with a cap holding a ball in front of him — as a fully sculptural, cast 3D silver figure with finely detailed features such as facial features, strands of hair, hands, and shoes. Crafted by the Italian silver manufacturer Zaramella. The pearl-white acrylic ring complements the silver figure as both a grasp and a teether. Together with the girl figure, this pendant forms the only figure pair in the collection — ideal as a gift for twins or as a set for siblings.

Use and development

From approx. 3 months, the rattle serves as a gripping object, and from approx. 4 to 6 months, the acrylic ring also functions as a teether for the first teeth. At approx. 13 g, the pendant is light enough for baby hands and produces a gentle sound when swung. The boy motif stands for dynamism and the joy of a new life — a consciously non-neutral gift that clearly says: This is YOUR first piece.

Care

Clean the silver figure with a soft polishing cloth. Rinse the acrylic ring with warm water. Not dishwasher safe. If the rattle is not used for a longer period, store silver and acrylic separately.
