Material and workmanship

The tea glass holder measures H 95 x Ø 72 mm and weighs approx. 105 g of solid 925 sterling silver, not a stainless steel holder with a silver look and no silver-plated surface. The Baroque relief on the outer wall runs around the entire body, from base to rim, without interruption, except for the oval cartouche in the middle, where the surface remains deliberately smooth and empty. The handle is firmly soldered on, allowing the hot glass to be held securely. The accompanying tea glass measures H 100 x Ø 65 mm, holds 200 ml, and features a classic cut that emphasizes the transparency of the glass; in Russian drinking culture, seeing the color of the tea is important.
