The special detail is on the handle: a finely beaded strip runs along the outer back edge, small silver spheres that are formed from the handle itself and fused with it – not a glued-on element, but as robust as the rest of the cup. Care

925 sterling silver is durable. After use, lukewarm water with mild dish soap is sufficient; then dry with a soft cloth. If a light patina appears over time, a silver polishing cloth used without pressure will help – the beaded edge on the handle can also receive this gentle treatment, entirely without scouring agents or hard brushes. The cup does not belong in the dishwasher and should not come into contact with silver dips or aggressive cleaning agents. Between occasions, it is best kept in the gift box or a velvet pouch.

How does the Perla differ from the Campana?
Both share the same trumpet and bell shape. The difference is in the handle: the Perla has a finely beaded silver edge, while the Campana has a completely smooth handle. Accordingly, the Perla is also slightly heavier at approx. 87 g than the Campana at approx. 75 g.

Is the bead detail fragile?
No. The small beads are formed from the handle itself and fused with it, not glued on or attached separately. The detail is as robust as the rest of the cup and will easily withstand daily use.
