Material and workmanship
The fork body made of polished 925 sterling silver features several gold-plated stars of varying sizes on the handle end, crowned by a small gold-plated crown at the very top. Unlike enamelled star motifs, this version remains silver with golden reliefs—no paint application, but rather the interplay of high-gloss polished silver and warm gold. Stars have always symbolized dreams and wishes, a guiding star for life's journey—a motif that suits the start of a new life. At 13.5 cm long and weighing approximately 29 g, the fork is designed for children's hands.
Usage and occasions
The Stars Gold children's fork accompanies children from about 18 months old during their first attempts at eating and later becomes a keepsake with emotional value. Whether as a christening gift, for a first birthday, or for a birth—it stands for happiness, growth, and security. For parents, it is a symbolic, valuable keepsake; for godparents, a meaningful engraved christening gift; and for grandparents, a lasting gift for a birth or first birthday.
Engraving and SilberVerse card
The back is suitable for engravings of names or dates—executed precisely and permanently. Additionally, we offer a free SilberVerse card upon request: a 15 x 10 cm card in photo format, individually designed and enclosed with the gift.
Care
Clean the fork by hand using mild soap and warm water, dry it thoroughly afterwards, and polish it regularly with a silver polishing cloth. For the gold-plated stars and the crown, we recommend a particularly gentle approach without abrasive cleaners. The gift box or a cloth in a dry place is suitable for storage.
