Description
Not every gift needs to be large to mean a lot — sometimes a small cup with a motif that strikes just the right chord is enough. The 925 silver Cloud Teddy child's cup has a compact, cylindrical design with a curved handle and the same sleeping teddy in a field of clouds that also adorns the larger baby cup in this collection. A quiet, warm expression rather than a loud statement.
For a Christening
A little bear for their first sip
Compact, with a handle and a 100 ml capacity — designed for the hand of a child who is just starting to drink on their own.
View christening gifts925 Silver Cloud Teddy child's cup — the same bear, told in a smaller way
On the front, the teddy lies curled up in its cloud field, just like on the large baby cup in this collection — only in a smaller space, because the cup has a more understated overall design. The pose remains the same: head and paws forward, ears tucked back, an image of sleep, not play.
Shape and handle: cylindrical with scroll ornamentation
The cup is straight and cylindrical, with a slightly flared rim for stability. The single handle features a small scroll ornament at the top and bottom — a delicate contrast to the otherwise simple shape. With a 100 ml capacity and a weight of approx. 60 g, it is perfectly sized for a child. It is crafted by Zaramella in Italy.
This cup and its counterparts at the table
Those looking for a larger cup with two handles will find the 925 silver Cloud Teddy baby cup featuring the same motif. Both items can also be gifted together: the gift set with a curved spoon already contains this very cup. If you are looking for plates and bowls with a bear motif instead, you will find them in the Teddy Bear collection.
Engraving and SilberVerse card
A name, christening date, or a short message can be placed on the smooth back. We will discuss placement and text with you as soon as you order the engraving service fee. In addition, upon request, we will create a SilberVerse card for you—a verse written specifically for the occasion, in a 15 × 10 cm format—at no extra cost.
Care
A damp cloth with a little mild detergent is sufficient for the cup; then dry it thoroughly. If the silver tarnishes slightly over time, polish it carefully with a silver polishing cloth — the scroll ornament on the handle can handle this well too. This cup is not dishwasher safe.
