Material and workmanship

All three pieces are made of solid 925 sterling silver and are highly polished. The main star on the cup and spoon features fine gilding on the border and crown, complemented by two smaller satellite stars — a pure gold-silver composition without colored enamel. The handled plate is deliberately left without a motif, so that the three-piece composition does not appear overloaded. The "Royal Childhood" line is manufactured by the Russian manufactory ArgentA.

Occasions and target groups

The gold variant is the gender-neutral choice if you are gifting before birth and do not yet know the child's gender, if you are gifting twins of mixed gender and want to keep both sets identical, or if you generally want to avoid color coding. Care

Clean all three parts by hand with warm water and mild dish soap. Do not put in the dishwasher — heat and aggressive cleaners will damage the gilding. With a soft silver polishing cloth, the shine will be preserved for years; avoid the gilded stars and crown so that the thin gold layer is not worn away. The plate without a motif can be completely polished.

How durable is the gilding in everyday use?
