Description
A small fish on the cutlery handle brings a touch of maritime lightness to the table — and a motif that is neither specifically for girls nor boys. If you are looking for a timeless, neutral children's cutlery set that still features a playful detail, this children's knife and fork set is an obvious choice. Both pieces are made of 925 sterling silver, with the fish motif in vibrant enamel.

- Motif: Fish, multicolored enamel
- Delivered in high-quality gift packaging

- Children's fork: Length 16.3 cm, width 0.21 cm, thickness 0.22 cm, approx. 32 g
Material and workmanship
The knife and fork are made of solid 925 sterling silver. The fish at the end of the handle is created in several layers of enamel, which are applied and fired individually — this gives the motif a three-dimensional appearance and ensures it retains its color depth for years. The blade and tines are rounded to be child-friendly and carefully polished.
Occasions and target groups
The fish motif is equally suitable for girls and boys and is therefore a popular choice when the child's gender is still unknown or a deliberately neutral gift is required. It is suitable for a birth, a christening, a first birthday, and as a gift from godparents or grandparents looking for something lasting. For a different character motif, also take a look at our sets with mouse or penguin designs.
Care
Rinse both pieces by hand after use with warm water and a mild detergent, and dry them with a soft cloth. You should avoid harsh cleaners on the enamel surfaces. For light patina on the silver, a silver polishing cloth is sufficient to refresh the shine. Not dishwasher safe.
Frequently asked questions
Is the fish motif suitable for girls or boys?
For both — the motif is deliberately kept neutral and works regardless of the child's gender.
Are the knife and fork also available individually?
Yes, both pieces can also be purchased separately if you would like to expand the set later.
Can the set be engraved?
Yes, after verification, a name engraving is possible and makes the gift even more personal. You can add the engraving service flat rate directly to your shopping cart with the set; we will then check feasibility and scope and coordinate the wording with you. If engraving is not possible, we will refund the flat rate.
