Material and craftsmanship

The frog is built up in several layers of enamel: the body in rich green, the crown and contours in warm gold — each color is applied individually and fired at high temperatures to create a durable, color-fast motif. The large eyes and wide smile give the frog its friendly character. Three enamel dots in green, orange, and blue add extra splashes of color to the handle, while the bowl of the spoon is highly polished.

Tactile development concept

Every part of the spoon stimulates a different sense: the colorful enamel dots on the handle stimulate visual perception, raised relief bumps on both sides of the handle provide grip for small hands and train fine motor skills, three gentle elevations in the bowl of the spoon touch the baby's tongue during feeding to promote sensory development, and the sculpted frog invites tactile exploration.

Occasions and target groups

A 925 silver baby spoon with enamel is one of the gifts that is presented for a birth, baptism, or first birthday. As a motif, the frog stands for luck, transformation, and the leap into a new life. For parents who prefer a cheerful, gender-neutral motif. For godparents who would like to give a personal gift for a baptism. For grandparents who are looking for a gift of lasting value that combines joy and tradition.

Engraving and SilberVerse card

Engraving is possible after inspection — classically a name, name with date, or name with "from Grandma" or "from Godfather," with a maximum of 2 words or 20 characters on the back of the handle. In addition, we offer a free, digitally designed SilberVerse card in 15 × 10 cm photo format (landscape) — suitable for the occasion and with a personal message.

Care

Clean by hand with warm water and a mild detergent, dry with a soft cloth. For light patina, a silver polishing cloth is sufficient. Do not treat the enamel and gold plating with aggressive cleaning agents or scouring agents. Not dishwasher safe.
