Material and workmanship

On the front is a red heart in luminous enamel, with a small gold crown above it. Red enamel is one of the most classic of all enamel colors in silversmithing – its luminosity is created by the silver base reflecting light through the transparent color layer. The enamel is fired at high temperatures, ensuring it remains stable and colorfast for years. The cup is from ArgentA's Royal Childhood collection and features its characteristic tulip U-shape with a curved Art Nouveau scroll handle.

Care

925 sterling silver is durable and food-safe. After use, rinse with lukewarm water and mild dish soap, dry with a soft cloth. The enamel on the heart medallion is baked on and permanently fixed – no abrasive cleaners, no aggressive detergents directly on it. If patina develops, a silver polishing cloth with gentle polish around the motif is sufficient. Do not put in the dishwasher. Between uses, it is best to store the cup in the supplied gift box or a velvet pouch.
