Material and workmanship
The cup and spoon are made of high-polished 925 sterling silver. The star medallion is crafted in warm yellow-red enamel, topped with a small crown. Both pieces belong to the ArgentA Royal Childhood line.
Occasions and target groups
Godmothers, grandmothers, and close family friends often choose this set when looking for a personal christening gift for a girl that avoids garish pink. With a capacity of 150 ml, the children's cup serves as a practical drinking companion, while the spoon accompanies the weaning phase—together, the set makes for a classic christening gift.
Stars are symbolic of wishes and guidance on life's journey, while the small crown refers to the name of the Royal Childhood collection. The warm amber color of the enamel provides a feminine accent that is calmer than classic pink.
Engraving and SilberVerse card
The base of the cup and the back of the spoon handle are polished smooth and offer space for initials, a name, a date, or a short verse. Upon request, we will include a personal SilberVerse card (15 × 10 cm landscape format) with your order free of charge—individually designed.
Care
Clean by hand with warm water and mild dish soap, then dry with a soft cloth. Do not put in the dishwasher—heat and harsh cleaners will damage the gilding and enamel. Treat polished silver surfaces with a soft silver polishing cloth, avoiding the star medallion.
Frequently asked questions
Is the set only suitable for girls?
The yellow-red enamel is traditionally interpreted as a feminine accent, but it is not strictly gender-specific—stars and crowns are considered universal symbols.
Which engraving area is best?
The base of the cup offers the largest surface, ideal for a name and date. The back of the spoon handle is sufficient for initials and a short date.
From what age is the set suitable?
The cup is suitable from about 6 months with supervision, the spoon from when the child begins eating independently in toddlerhood.
