Description
A matt, grained ball with a shiny heart field in it: this ball rattle in 925 sterling silver sets the heart into the rattle body as a medallion instead of building it as a separate shape. In the heart field sits a smaller, likewise grained heart, and the handle carries raised dots and small floral motifs. It is the playful rattle of the Heart family.
For a Christening
A heart within a heart
Matt ball, shiny medallion: a rattle with texture to look at and to feel.
View christening giftsBall rattle heart silver: matt ball with heart medallion
The contrast defines this rattle ball: the surface is finely matted and grained, while the heart field in it shines. On this silver rattle the heart medallion sits in the middle of the body, with a small eyelet at the base of the ball. The silver rattle ball carries the heart in the centre. The handle is set with raised dots and small floral motifs that you can feel as you hold it; at approx. 12.5 cm and approx. 25 g the rattle sits well in the hand. Because the heart here is surrounded by texture, the rattle suits anyone who finds the smooth handle shape too restrained. The heart within a heart says it twice: you are welcome.
The Heart family at a glance
The smooth line lives on its high polish, the second on floral relief. This ball rattle is a shape of its own with a heart medallion and stands between the two lines. The smooth line includes the teething ring with a flat heart, the small teething ring and the gift set. The floral line includes, among others, the handle rattle with heart and flowers. You will find all shapes under baby rattles in silver.
Ball rattle with heart: engraving and personal words
This rattle cannot be engraved. If you would still like to give the child something of their own, there are two ways. One is the SilberVerse card: free of charge on request, with a verse of 3–4 lines in the language of your choice, as a photo card 15 × 10 cm, with a frame in silver, white or black (more here). The other is an engravable member of the family such as the smooth heart handle rattle, the small handle rattle or the cradle medal; you order it with the engraving service flat rate.
