Material and craftsmanship
The floral Astra pattern is created by deep engraving in the gold-plated 925 sterling silver, which is then filled with black niello paste. This creates the characteristic black-and-gold contrast that gives the ornament at the base of the tines and the lower handle area a three-dimensional effect. The fork is crafted by SevChern in Veliky Ustyug, one of the oldest centers of the Russian niello tradition.

The dessert fork is suitable for all desserts from ice cream to mousse, as well as for appetizers and light dishes.
