Capricorn: Earth Sign at the Turn of the Year
Capricorn is the sign for December 22 to January 20; its element is Earth. The hybrid creature of goat and fish is a very ancient image, dating back to Babylonian times.
Birthdays Around the Holidays, Christmas and Beyond
Those born on December 25th or around New Year's often receive one gift for both occasions. Cutlery with their own sign belongs to the birthday alone. For the holiday itself, it is worth looking at our silver Christmas gifts.
Niello from Veliky Ustyug and Maintenance
At SevChern in Veliky Ustyug, niello is melted as a dark compound into the engraved lines. The cutlery is best cared for by hand washing.
