Gemini Zodiac Dessert Cutlery: Two Figures, Two Pieces
Two figures with a flower branch are hand-engraved into the bowl and gold-plated. This suits the cutlery itself, as the spoon and fork belong together as a pair. The shield of the fork bears the Gemini symbol, and both handle ends feature a niello flower.
The Gemini: Air Sign Between May and June
The sign is valid from May 21 to June 21 and belongs to the element of Air. In tradition, the Gemini are the brothers Castor and Pollux, who appear as a constellation in the sky.
June Birthday, Couple's Gift, Host Present
Two pieces make a great gift for couples, housewarmings, or anniversaries. For a birthday, the cutlery fits the beginning of summer, and for Christmas, the recipient receives a piece with their own sign.
Niello Art from Veliky Ustyug and Care
At the SevChern manufactory, the niello is melted into the engraved lines using the ancient technique from Veliky Ustyug. It is not a print, but part of the silver. Please clean by hand.
Frequently Asked Questions About the Gemini Dessert Cutlery
What is the zodiac sign for June 1st?
Gemini. The period begins on May 21 and ends on June 21.
Is engraving possible on the spoon or fork?
No, because the bowl carries the image, the fork the symbol, and the handle is too narrow. You can instead include your own words on the complimentary SilberVerse card.
Can I get the spoon and fork separately?
Yes. The Gemini dessert spoon and Gemini dessert fork can be selected individually.
How do I properly clean gold-plated niello silver?
Rinse by hand with lukewarm water and dry immediately. Silver polish and dishwashers are not suitable for gold plating and niello; more in the niello guide.
Is this cutlery suitable as a gift for a couple?
Yes, it is ideal, as there are two pieces for two people. You can find more suggestions among our silver anniversary gifts.
