The grater is made of 925 sterling silver and is high-gloss polished. The grating surface features fine, teardrop-shaped teeth in uniform rows — fine enough for hard cheese, nutmeg, or citrus peel. The transition to the handle is secured with a small plastic ring that cleanly separates the blade from the handle. The handle in the classic "Inglese" shape is smooth, with fine fluting along the edges and a calm, undisturbed surface in the center — committed to the classic European silver tradition and at the same time the ideal surface for an engraving.

Care

After use, it is best to clean the grater by hand with warm water and dry it immediately to prevent water spots from forming. We advise against using the dishwasher, as aggressive detergents and high temperatures can damage the polish. If the surface tarnishes slightly over time, a gentle wipe with a silver polishing cloth is sufficient.
