Material and Workmanship

The grater is made of 925 sterling silver and is highly polished. The grating blade features fine, drop-shaped teeth in even rows — fine enough for hard cheese, nutmeg or lemon peel. The transition to the handle is secured with a small plastic ring that cleanly separates the grating blade and handle. The handle in the classic "Inglese" shape is smoothly crafted, with a fine corrugation along the edges and a calm, undisturbed surface in the middle — committed to the classic European silver tradition and at the same time the ideal surface for an engraving.

Care

After use, it is best to clean the grater by hand with warm water and dry it immediately to prevent water spots. We advise against using a dishwasher, as aggressive cleaners and high temperatures can damage the polish. If the surface tarnishes slightly over time, gentle repolishing with a silver cleaning cloth is sufficient.
