The white bone china is supplied by the Imperial Porcelain Manufactory in St. Petersburg. The silver parts come from ArgentA.

The setting of the cup is openwork and shows a dragonfly in scrollwork, along with three small feet. The spoon has an openwork handle with a flower head at the end and a full bowl. The dragonfly appears only on the cup.
After casting, the silver of cup and spoon is polished by hand. The darker areas in the scrollwork are a blackened finish, not paint; it makes the relief look deeper.
