Baby Gift Set 925 Silver Frog – Baby Spoon and Baby Rattle

An animal motif that tells more than just "cute"? The frog set in 925 sterling silver combines a small DoDo baby spoon with a 3D frog at the top of the handle with a classic rattle: a larger, smiling frog with outstretched arms on a wavy silver handle. A gender-neutral duo for birth and baptism, entirely without enamel paint.

Material and workmanship

The spoon belongs to the DoDo series by the ArgentA manufactory and features a tactile relief on the handle. The rattle next to it does not belong to the DoDo line: a fully sculpted frog figure with distinct facial expressions on a handle with bow ornamentation. The spoon comes from ArgentA, the handle rattle with the frog from Zaramella in Italy; we put both together as this set. The frog set is an example: on request, the frog spoon can also be combined with a different rattle from our range.

Occasions and target groups

The frog is a gender-neutral motif without boy or girl coding — popular with families who consciously choose not to have a color- or role-coded gift. At birth, the rattle is there for grasping, under parental supervision, and for baptism, the set acts as a godparent gift that is not fixed to any gender. The duo is also suitable for a first birthday, when the spoon has long been a part of everyday life and the rattle moves into the display cabinet as a keepsake. Grandparents often choose the frog variant when they want the gift to feel playful and warm. For a sibling with a different animal motif, you will find the duckling set in the same series.

Engraving and SilberVerse card

The spoon can be engraved on the back of the handle. There is very little space there: approx. 10–12 characters fit, a name or initials. We check on the piece what can be engraved and how much, and agree it with you. You order the flat fee for the engraving service directly with your order; if engraving is not possible, we refund the flat fee. The rattle with the frog remains without engraving; its handle is decorated with bow ornamentation. On request, we include a SilberVerse card free of charge: a verse created with the help of AI based on your details, as a 15 × 10 cm photo card in landscape format, in a standard frame.

Care

Clean the baby spoon and rattle by hand with warm water and mild detergent, then dry with a soft cloth. On the polished 925 silver surfaces, a silver polishing cloth is sufficient to remove slight patina. Since this variant does not have enamel, care is uncomplicated — no delicate paint layers. Both pieces are not dishwasher safe.
