Every train has a departure time, and so does this spoon. The 925 silver birth spoon features a locomotive, two carriages, and a clock for the time of birth. It is a gift for a newborn.

Train Birth Spoon: Two Carriages for Weight and Size

The locomotive is heading toward the clock. It has a boiler, chimney, and wheels. Two carriages follow behind, the first with “gr”, the second with “cm”.

At the end of the handle sits the birth clock: a dial without hands, featuring only the numbers 12, 3, 6, and 9. The train has its destination in sight.

Unlike the four animal spoons in the series, this one lacks a large field on the handle. The carriages take up that space. The date and name are therefore moved to the back.

The lines of the locomotive and carriages have been outlined in dark. The handle between the bowl and the scene remains smoothly polished. The train weighs approx. 28 g, the same as the teddy bear.
