925 Silver Birth Spoon with Angel and Birth Clock — Blackened

Next to the angel is a clock that will know exactly one time. This 925 silver birth spoon carries the time of birth as its hands, as a gift for birth and baptism.

Weight and size are on a cloud band. Name and date go on the back.

Angel birth spoon: Wings, cloud band and a clock

The angel floats next to the clock face, the wings spread across the handle. The clock at the end of the handle shows 12, 3, 6 and 9 and does not yet have hands.

On the cloud band are the fields "gr" and "cm". There is no large field here.

The scene is kept light: polished silver, with fine blackened lines. At approx. 27 g, the spoon weighs one gram less than Teddy and the train.

Engraving the angel spoon: Hands in front, name and date on the back

The hands of the birth time go on the clock. On the cloud band, "gr" carries the weight and "cm" the size. Name and date belong on the back of the handle, because no date field is provided in front.

Add the spoon and the engraving service together to the shopping cart. In the "Note at checkout" field, you put your details. No prior approval is required. If something cannot be implemented, you will get the flat rate back.

Anyone who wants to add a few words should ask for the SilberVerse card. It is free: a short verse on photo paper, no photo.

Angel spoon as a gift: For the baptism table and the first day

For the baptism, the angel is a familiar motif. The spoon brings the birth data to the table.

For the birth, you give it as a gift as soon as the time, weight and size are fixed. For the first birthday, the parents read the spoon like a diary of the first day.

Godparents often give something made of silver for the baptism. With the birth data, it becomes personal.

For twins, the train matches the angel: Both carry the name and date on the back and form a pair. Anyone who prefers to see the date in front chooses the Teddy with its large cloud.

Additionally, there is the baby rattle with angel.

Angel birth spoon: What godparents and parents ask

What if no one knows the exact time of birth?
The time is usually on the birth certificate. The clinic or registry office can also state it. If it is missing, leave the clock empty or state a time that matters to the family.

Does the clock show morning or afternoon?
The clock face has twelve hours, so 14:32 and 2:32 look the same. Enter the time in the note as it appears on the certificate.

Why do you give silver for a baptism?
Silver has been considered a baptism gift for centuries because it lasts a long time. It carries an engraving and can be passed on. An angel on the spoon fits well with the baptism day.

What meaning does a silver spoon have for birth?
In the past, it was given with the wish for a good livelihood. Today, it is above all a memory in metal. With the time of birth, weight and size, it captures the first day.
