This 925 silver baby rattle features a five-pointed star with a crescent moon and three small stars as its head—openwork shapes like a window to the night sky, supported by a smooth, teardrop-shaped handle. Material and Craftsmanship

The five-pointed star is polished to a mirror finish; embedded in its surface is the crescent moon as a raised relief, surrounded by three smaller stars and round cut-outs. These cut-outs are the only places on the rattle where there are openings—the handle itself remains completely smooth and tapers into a teardrop shape, without grooves or loops. The rattle is crafted by the Italian silver manufacturer Zaramella.
