Material and craftsmanship

Both cups in the Quadrille set are identical in shape, material, and gold-plating scheme: the rim, handle, base, and the background of the central image medallion feature a warm gold tone, framed by a dark black niello band. In the center, however, the two cups deliberately differ: One features a stylized bird motif, while the other shows two dancing figures in traditional costume. Both medallions are engraved by hand and filled with niello, so that they stand out clearly from the gold-plated gold background. This combination of shared shape and different motif makes the set more than two identical cups — it is a pair that belongs together without being identical. The slim, tall shape of the cups differs from the wider, flatter models in the range: With a height of 98 mm and a diameter of 76 mm, they stand upright and present on the table.

Care

Rinse gold-plated silver by hand — no dishwasher, no silver bath. A soft microfiber cloth is sufficient for daily cleaning. Store dry, preferably separately, to avoid scratches between the two cups. The gift box is also suitable for long-term storage.
