Children's cutlery in 925 silver with spoon, fork and knife

The set consists of a spoon, fork and knife. The handles are made of 925 silver and polished to a high shine. On the knife, the handle is silver and the blade is stainless steel. The pieces are made by Zaramella from Italy.

This combination is an example: single pieces or a matching cup are possible, and the gift sets show the options.

Leaf and rocaille ornament: what the handle looks like

The stem is slim and widens towards the end. There, a leaf ornament begins at the top, followed below by a smooth, oval surface. At the end of the handle, curved scrolls known as rocaille fan out. A small ornament also sits on the neck of the fork.

The knife handle is narrower and more strongly curved, and its smooth surface is smaller. The blade ends in a rounded tip. The spoon has a smooth, egg-shaped bowl, the fork four tines. Everything is evenly polished to a high shine.

Engraving in the smooth oval: initials or a short name

The smooth oval at the front of the handle end is the space for your engraving. It fits initials of two to four letters or a short name. This applies to the spoon, fork and knife, on the knife on the handle.

We agree on the lettering and layout together with you after your order. Add the engraving service to your cart along with the cutlery. At the end, write your request in the order note at checkout. If part of your request cannot be carried out, we refund the flat fee.

On request, we add a SilberVerse free of charge: a verse created individually for the occasion and name, as a photo card in 15 × 10 cm format.

Christening, birth, birthday: who gives this cutlery

Godparents give it for the christening, parents for the birth, grandparents for a birthday. With the child's initials, the cutlery becomes a personal piece.

Caring for silver cutlery with ornament

Rinse the cutlery briefly after the meal and dry it straight away. A soft cloth is all you need. It does not belong in the dishwasher. Silver tarnishes in the air over time, so store the pieces dry, ideally in their box.

Children's silver cutlery with knife: brief answers

How does children's cutlery differ from baby cutlery?
Children's cutlery is longer than baby cutlery and includes a knife; the exact lengths are in the overview below. For comparison: the plain baby cutlery and the baby cutlery with Button Teddy.

Do I need a separate engraving flat fee for the spoon, fork and knife?
Yes. Each engraved piece needs its own flat fee. If you want something on all three pieces, add the engraving flat fee to your cart three times. The oval fits initials or a short name.

Initials or a short name: which fits the oval better?
Both fit, initials of 2 to 4 letters as well as a short name. For a longer name, initials are the better choice. We discuss which lettering suits it after your order.
