Description
Pur for boys: wearing a bobble hat, the boy pulls his rocking horse, and the relief stays in silver, without partial gilding. The blackening in the recesses emphasises the hat, jacket and horse. That is why it does not shine everywhere, and this is not a defect. The same motif is also available as children's cutlery in a gold-plated version.
For boys
Christening gifts for boys
Silver for a christening and a birth, with motifs for boys.
View christening gifts for boysBlackening draws the motif
At ArgentA, the recesses of the relief are antique-blackened. Dark lines outline the hat, jacket and rocking horse, while the raised areas stay bright.
The raised areas and the bowl then receive their shine through careful hand polishing. Dark and light together give the silver depth.
Children's cutlery for boys: hat, jacket and rocking horse on a string
At the front of the handle stands the boy with a bobble hat and a jacket with buttons. His hands hold the string of the rocking horse standing in front of him. A raised heart sits below in a field of its own; the handle and bowl remain smooth.
A gift for a son, grandson or godson
For a birth, a christening or a birthday, the set suits a son, grandson or godson. On their own, there are the children's spoon boy, blackened and the children's fork boy on its own.
Name or date: engraving and SilberVerse card
On the back of the handle, the spoon and fork each take up to 20 characters. Each piece needs its own engraving service, so the set needs two flat fees. Write the engraving text in the order note at checkout. We will discuss any questions with you after your order, and we refund whatever is not technically possible.
With the engraving or instead of it, you receive a SilberVerse free of charge on request: a fine verse created individually for the occasion and name. Photo card format: 15 × 10 cm.
What is included
The fork has four rounded tines. A satin ribbon adorns each of the two pieces in the gift-ready box. In the video, a hand lifts the fork from the table, followed by a close-up of the handle top with the boy, rocking horse and heart.
Questions about blackened silver
How do I clean blackened children's cutlery?
Rinse it in lukewarm water without scouring and dry it with a soft cloth. Avoid the dishwasher.
How do you make tarnished silver cutlery look nice again?
Rub it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Abrasive cleaners damage the surface.
Is the motif also available as a cup?
Yes, the cup set features the same boy with rocking horse.
