Ballpoint Pen Bullet Fine Wood Linden Blue

The bullet style is one of the most distinctive forms in pen design: compact, bulbous, with a characteristic conical tip. This pen combines a body made of stabilized basswood in a dark teal with high-gloss chrome metal parts and a copper-colored tip in a warm rose gold tone.

Material and workmanship

In pen design, the term "bullet" refers to a compact, bulbous design language with a tapered, conical tip — purely descriptive of the silhouette, with no reference to ammunition. On this model, the design consists of three clearly separated material zones: the upper chrome metal part with the side-click mechanism, the teal wooden body in the middle, and the conical tip made of copper-colored, rose gold-toned metal.

The wooden body is made of stabilized basswood — transformed into a deep teal through vacuum impregnation with colored synthetic resin, while keeping the natural grain visible. Since each blank has a different structure, every piece has its own pattern. The side-click mechanism opens and closes the refill with a simple lever movement; the chrome-look fittings and the copper tip provide the characteristic material contrast.

Use and occasions

The bullet style appeals to everyone who appreciates clean, compact design and wants to show their own style — a pen that immediately stands out on any desk. It is a suitable gift for birthdays, as a farewell gift, or for people who already have almost everything. You can find more ideas under Gift ideas in 925 silver or in our home accessories.

Engraving and SilberVerse card

The wooden body is not intended for classic engraving. For a personal touch, we offer the SilberVerse card instead: a digitally designed greeting card in 15 × 10 cm landscape format, individually tailored to your gift and free of charge.

Care

The pen is a writing instrument and does not come into contact with food. Wiping it with a soft, dry cloth is sufficient for maintenance. The stabilized wood is more resistant than untreated wood but should still not be submerged in water.

Frequently asked questions

How does the side-click mechanism work?

By operating the side lever on the upper metal part, the refill extends or retracts. The mechanism is robust and maintenance-free under normal use.

Why is the pen comparatively short?

That is the characteristic feature of the bullet style: compact and powerful. At 137 mm in length, it is shorter than a classic pen, but still easy and comfortable to hold.

Which refill fits?

A standard Parker refill, which is available at stationery stores in black, blue, and other colors.
