During stabilization, natural lime wood is impregnated with liquid synthetic resin under vacuum, which then hardens inside the wood structure. This makes the wood more durable and resistant than untreated wood – and at the same time gives it a color intensity that would not be possible naturally. In this ballpoint pen, this manifests as a deep blue-green, through which the natural grain of the lime wood still shimmers.

The fittings combine two metal tones: gold rings frame the transition between the wooden body and the silver-chrome areas, while the conical tip is made of matte silver-chrome. This interplay of warm gold and cool chrome on dark wood gives the pen a calm, timeless look.
