A business card case made of 925 sterling silver, with a gold-engraved double-headed eagle in the center, framed by a gilded Empire border of acanthus leaves and volutes. We call this design Imperia because the coat of arms motif carries a clear historical statement: one of the oldest heraldic motifs in the Russian goldsmith tradition, crafted with genuine gold inlay on silver.

Material and workmanship
The base material is 925 sterling silver, highly polished. Along all four edges, there is a border of acanthus leaves and volutes. In the center, instead of an empty medallion, sits the Russian double-headed eagle coat of arms in detailed gold engraving: two eagle heads looking outwards, spread wings, and a central shield. Since the 17th century, this motif has been an integral part of the visual vocabulary of Russian goldsmithing on silverware, caskets, and cases. The gilding is engraved: the lines were first engraved into the silver and then filled with real gold; no foil, no spraying. The case is manufactured in the Mstera manufactory in the Russian Vladimir region. Each piece bears its own manufacturer's mark in addition to the 925 silver hallmark.
Usage and occasions
Measuring 95 x 60 x 5 mm and weighing approx. 89 grams, the Imperia is the heaviest piece in its range and holds 10 to 15 standard business cards. It is the case with the clearest historical statement: suitable for collectors of historical silver pieces and Empire ornamentation, for lovers of Russian goldsmithing, for a high-ranking business gift with historical depth, or as a gesture to someone with a special connection to Russian cultural heritage. Those who appreciate the coat of arms motif as the central statement consciously leave the case unengraved and present it in its complete, historically composed form.
Engraving and SilberVerse card
Since the center is already occupied by the double-headed eagle coat of arms, the inside of the lid is suitable for a personal touch, for example for initials, a date, or a short dedication, or a smooth area on the side silver exterior surface. With Imperia, engraving is not mandatory as with other models in this series; many appreciate the piece precisely in its unengraved form. Every engraving comes with our SilberVerse card: a digitally designed photo card in landscape format 15 x 10 cm, currently free of charge and designed as a unique piece.
Care
Pure silver tarnishes over time in everyday life, a natural reaction with sulfur compounds from the air. With the Imperia, this is particularly evident on the mirror-polished silver surface between the gold ornaments, while the gold lines and the coat of arms remain unchanged in brightness. With a soft silver polishing cloth, the original shine returns in one to two minutes, and the gold inlay is not damaged. Store dry, preferably in the supplied gift case. No dishwasher, no abrasive sponge, no direct contact with perfume or skin cream.
