The case contains exactly one sugar bowl with lid for approx. 155 ml. The bowl is approx. 75 mm wide and approx. 80 mm tall.
The body is silver, with a porcelain liner inside. On the porcelain lid, which carries a silver overlay, an eagle sits as the finial.
Liner and lid of the bowl are bone china from the Imperial Porcelain Manufactory in St. Petersburg; ArgentA supplies the body and the finial in silver.
Double-headed eagle in a wreath of leaves, three feet, two handles
The coat of arms relief with double-headed eagle and wreath of leaves appears on the body. The bowl has two handles and stands on three feet. The eagle on the lid repeats the motif in miniature.
Body and eagle finial are cast and finally polished by hand.
On the body, the blackened finish darkens the leaves and the coat of arms relief, while the small eagle on the lid stays bright on its raised areas.
