Baby spoon 925 silver Virgo zodiac sign — girl with flower, enamel

A girl in a red dress, holding a small blue flower in her hand: this is how the Virgin is depicted on this baby spoon made of 925 sterling silver. For children born from August 24 to September 23, the enamel image tells of late summer, of the harvest, and of an eye for small things.

The Girl with the Blue Flower

The figure has blonde hair with red bows and stands upright on the spoon handle. Below it, the gilded sign of the Virgin shimmers, complemented by golden stars. The textured ball and reliefs make the handle a tactile experience, as do the three dots in the bowl. It weighs approximately 26 g. It is also suitable for a boy born under the sign of the Virgin: the motif belongs to the sign, not to the child's gender.

The Virgin and the Wheat Ear

In the sky, the Virgin has long held a wheat ear, a symbol of harvest and care. Astrologically, she is an earth sign, and her planet is Mercury. Diligence, reliability, and an eye for detail are traditionally considered her characteristics. According to the standard list, the month of September belongs to sapphire, a piece of knowledge that you can explore further in the following post Virgin: Character and Gift.

With Enamel or as a Star Head

This sign is available in two versions. The spoon shown here focuses on color. Those who prefer something more understated will find the star head spoon with a gilded rim: a star-shaped head with a girl in relief, without any enamel. The same shape is also available without gilding.

Occasions from Birth to the First Birthday

Parents, grandparents, and friends most often give the spoon after birth. The first tooth, a baby shower, or the first birthday are other occasions; a christening is rarely one of them.

A Dedication Instead of Engraving

The handle cannot be engraved because the enamel and relief leave no free surface. Instead, a SilberVerse card with a few verses specially created for your child is available free of charge upon request. For a name and date in silver, there are the birth spoons.

Questions About the Spoon and Sign

What is the difference between the enamel spoon and the star head?
The enamel spoon features colorful paint in red, blue, and yellow. The star head has no paint, and the girl is crafted as a relief.

How high is the silver content of silver cutlery?
The number tells you: 925 means 925 out of 1,000 parts are fine silver. The rest, usually copper, makes the metal harder. This spoon is made of 925 sterling silver.

Why does the Virgin show a girl?
In the sky, she carries a wheat ear. The enamel turns this into a childlike image: a girl with a flower instead of the wheat-bearer.

Which Virgin spoon is heavier?
The enamel spoon weighs approximately 26 g, while the star head weighs approximately 27 g.
