Baby spoon 925 silver DoDo Bear orange enamel

Not every birth gift needs to be defined by blue or pink – and that is exactly why this 925 sterling silver baby spoon features a sunny orange. At the top of the handle sits a small bear head made of enamel, with four colorful dots and several raised bubbles underneath, which can be explored with fingers long before it is even used for eating.

Orange as a deliberate color choice

Blue for boys, pink for girls – this spoon consciously avoids such categorizations. Here, orange stands on its own: warm, friendly, and independent of the child's gender. The bear head plaque features the color richly and evenly, framed by a fine gold line along the ears and facial contour.

Tactile dots and bubble relief on the handle

Below the bear head are four small dots in green, gold, white, and blue – colored and fired separately. This is followed by a sequence of small raised elements in the silver itself, some round, some tapering to a point. At this age, babies grasp and feel with their entire hand; the handle offers them several different stimuli in succession.

What does the teddy bear represent in this line?

Even the grandparent generation knew the teddy bear as the first companion in the nursery. As a motif on baby silver, it continues to represent exactly that feeling: nothing loud, nothing demanding, just closeness.

This spoon is also available in other colors

If you prefer something bolder, the same piece is available in red-purple. Prefer no enamel? Our classic DoDo-Bear baby spoon features the bear on both sides as a pure silver figure, completely without color, offering a surface that can be engraved without any obstacles.

Two-step cleaning

Step one: refresh the polished spoon bowl with a soft cloth. Step two, more carefully: wipe the enamel plaque only with a damp cloth, without any cleaning agents or polish – this helps the color last longer. As a general rule for use by a child: only under supervision.
