Baby Gift Set 925 Sterling Silver Sitting Teddy – Child's Spoon and Handle Rattle

Those looking for a birth gift consisting of a pure silver set without color accents will find it here: a rattle with a long handle featuring a large, three-dimensional teddy bear, and a baby spoon with a small bear at the end of the handle, both polished and without enamel. ArgentA from Russia packages the set in a light-colored box with a rainbow and tree motif from the tactile DoDo series; the total weight is approx. 53 g of silver.

Material and Craftsmanship

The head of the rattle is a sitting teddy bear rendered in full three-dimensionality; its handle bears a continuous ornament with no blank space. The baby spoon features the same bear in a smaller version at the end of the handle, while its bowl remains oval and without relief. Both pieces are crafted from pure 925 sterling silver, without any enamel. ArgentA from Russia manufactures the spoon itself, sources the matching Zaramella rattle, and bundles both in the light-colored DoDo box. For this set, ArgentA estimates the total weight at approx. 53 g of silver.

Occasions and Target Groups

Without a color code, this set suits any child — a gift for a birth that can also serve as a godparent's gift for a christening or the first tooth. Grandparents who prefer pure silver over colorful accents and godparents looking for a neutral gift will find both roles united here: the rattle for the first weeks of grasping, and the spoon for later feeding.

Engraving and SilberVerse Card

Whether an engraving is possible is decided by ArgentA on a case-by-case basis when the piece is submitted for review; the spoon handle is then engraved. Its continuously decorated handle, however, does not allow for any inscription on the rattle. If an engraving is ordered for the spoon, we will include a complimentary SilberVerse card upon request — a creatively written verse that connects the name and occasion, printed in 15 × 10 cm photo format. The process is explained on the SilberVerse card page.

Discover the family individually

Available separately in the shop: the same rattle as the Sitting Teddy Bear Rattle, decorated. If you would like an inscription, the smooth version with engraving option matches the motif. For the early months of grasping, the teether rattle without edges is also part of the family, complemented by the birth spoon with birth clock.

Overview of other Teddy sets

If you prefer a color accent on the spoon, the DoDo sets with orange or purple-red bear enamel feature the same box line. Those who prefer a teether instead of the rattle will find it in the set with acrylic ring from ArgentA.

Care

For the rattle and spoon, lukewarm water with a drop of mild dish soap is sufficient; afterwards, dry both parts with a soft cloth. A silver polishing cloth can help with the shiny surfaces. Neither the spoon nor the rattle should be put in the dishwasher.
