Baby Gift Set 925 Sterling Silver Sitting Teddy – Baby Spoon Purple-Red and Handle Rattle

A second shade from the same series: The baby spoon in this set features a small bear in purple-red enamel at the end of the handle, complemented by colorful tactile dots from the DoDo series. The matching rattle remains uncolored, featuring a large, full-relief teddy bear. ArgentA from Russia packages both pieces in a light-colored box with a rainbow and tree motif.

Material and Craftsmanship

The small bear at the top of the spoon handle features purple-red enamel filling, below which—as with the entire DoDo series—are multi-colored dots to touch and feel. The bowl itself remains smooth and without relief. The rattle, by contrast, is predominantly polished silver without any color: the sitting teddy forms a large, full-relief rattle head on an ornamentally crafted handle. ArgentA in Russia manufactures the spoon itself and sources the matching Zaramella rattle as an accompaniment.

Occasions and Target Groups

As a neutral tone, purple-red appears neither distinctly cool nor distinctly warm—an option if the child's gender is unknown at birth or intentionally meant to be irrelevant. The set is as suitable as a godparent's gift for a baptism as it is for the birth celebration itself, especially for families who appreciate a touch of color in a gift alongside the silver.

Engraving and SilberVerse Card

ArgentA will check whether the spoon can be engraved on the back of the handle; the enamel front remains untouched in any case. The rattle has no smooth surface and is therefore not suitable for engraving. In addition to the spoon engraving, a SilberVerse card is available for free upon request—a poem specially created for the name and occasion, printed on photo paper in 15 × 10 cm format. You can find all the details on the SilberVerse card page.

Available individually: the Teddy family

The same rattle model is available individually as a decorated rattle. This includes a version with a smooth, engravable handle, a rattle with a teething ring, completely edge-free, as well as the birth spoon with a birth clock.

Other variants of the Teddy family

If you prefer orange, the set with orange bear enamel belongs to the same box line. If you would like to forgo color entirely, the set without enamel offers the same combination entirely in silver. The set with an acrylic ring features a teething ring instead of the standard rattle handle.

Care

For cleaning, lukewarm water and a little mild detergent are sufficient, followed by drying with a soft cloth. Silver surfaces can additionally be refreshed with a silver polishing cloth, which will not affect the enamel. We advise against using a dishwasher for this set.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the purple-red color of this set represent?
It is deliberately not a strictly boy or girl shade and is therefore suitable when the gender is to remain unknown.

Can the spoon be engraved despite the enamel?
Yes, on the free back of the handle, but only after verification by ArgentA.

Why is the rattle in this set uncolored?
It is the Zaramella model made entirely of silver; the color accent is provided solely by the spoon.

Is this set also available in other colors?
Yes, with orange bear enamel in the same DoDo box.

Which box comes with this set?
The light-colored DoDo box featuring the rainbow and tree motif from ArgentA's tactile series.
