Material and craftsmanship

This design deliberately omits enamel and color, opting instead for the classic language of goldsmithing: gold on silver. The large star directly below the crown is flat-plated with gold and clearly outlined, followed by smaller stars in decreasing size that flow down the upper part of the handle. The lower part of the handle remains unadorned, high-gloss polished silver, as does the spoon bowl. The spoon is made by ArgentA, a manufacturer rooted in the Russian silver tradition. The gold plating is permanently applied to the silver and resistant to normal use.

Care

The spoon is made of solid 925 sterling silver – value-retaining for generations. Clean it by hand with warm water and mild dish soap, then dry it with a soft cotton cloth. The gold plating cannot withstand abrasive cleaners or silver dipping baths – the latter could damage it. If necessary, the silver surfaces can be carefully refreshed with a silver polishing cloth, avoiding the gold-plated stars. The spoon is not dishwasher safe. The included gift box is suitable for storage.
