This design deliberately eschews enamel and color, opting instead for the classic language of goldsmithing: gold on silver. The large star directly beneath the crown is fully gilded and clearly contoured; smaller stars follow in decreasing size, flowing down the upper handle area. The lower part of the handle remains unadorned, highly polished silver, as does the spoon bowl. The spoon is crafted by ArgentA, a manufacturer rooted in the Russian silver tradition. The gold plating is permanently applied to the silver and is resistant to normal use.

Care

The spoon is made of solid 925 sterling silver – food-safe, nickel-free, and retains its value for generations. Clean it by hand with warm water and mild dish soap, then dry with a soft cotton cloth. The gold plating cannot tolerate abrasive cleaners or silver dips – the latter could damage it. If necessary, the silver surfaces can be carefully polished with a silver cleaning cloth, avoiding the gilded stars. The spoon is not dishwasher safe. The included gift box is suitable for storage.
