The spoon is made of solid 925 sterling silver – 92.5% fine silver and retains its value. Clean it by hand with warm water and mild dish soap, then dry with a soft cloth. Enamel and gold plating do not tolerate abrasive cleaners or silver dip baths – both can damage the color layers and the gold plating. The spoon is not dishwasher safe. The included gift box is suitable for storage.
