Children's Cutlery 925 Silver Strawberry Girl — Spoon + Fork with Enamel Figure, Engravable

A red headscarf, a green dress, a strawberry on the handle: that is the Strawberry Girl, as we call the figure. This children's cutlery in 925 silver carries her in enamel on both the spoon and the fork. Both pieces are engravable and come in a gift box.

Strawberry Girl on the spoon and fork

Both pieces carry the same figure, so the cutlery looks calm and uniform. This set has no gold plating at all. If you would like some variety, you will also find the girl with a bear on the fork or in the children's cutlery with Strawberry Girl and Bee Bear.

Red headscarf, green dress, strawberry: the colours in detail

The figure is a flat plaque framed in silver. Yellow hair peeks out from under the red headscarf, and the features sit in the silver face. Then follow a white collar, a green dress with three red diamonds on the hem, orange arms and legs, and black-and-white shoes.

Below the figure lies a red strawberry with a green leaf, set in a silver oval on the spoon. Without gold plating, the enamel carries all the colour on its own. Afterwards, the silver is polished by hand until the handle and bowl shine. Two small raised dots sit in the spoon.

Footprints on the handle and the name on the back

Three footprints are embossed in the handle. They have no colour; you only feel them with your finger. On the back there is room for a name with a maximum of 10 characters, on the spoon and fork alike.

Each engraved piece needs one engraving flat fee. If you engrave both pieces, add it to your cart twice. The name goes into the order note at checkout. If a wish ever cannot be carried out, you get the flat fee back. The flat fee is calculated for 20 characters, but the handle only has room for 10. A perfect match: a SilberVerse, free of charge if you would like one. The verse for the christening day is created individually for the occasion and name, as a photo card in landscape format, 15 × 10 cm.

Christening gift for girls: who gives it

Godparents, grandparents and parents give it for the christening or the birth. The motif shows a girl with a strawberry, an obvious gift for a daughter, granddaughter or goddaughter.

Caring for enamel and silver

Silver and enamel get the same care: wash briefly in lukewarm water, then dry with a soft cloth. There is no need to scour anything. The tines of the fork are sharper than the edge of a spoon, so the child only eats with it when you are close by.
