Material and craftsmanship

The niello motif on the bowl is a composition: at the center, a diamond medallion with dot-grid filling, flanked by two acanthus volutes that unfold across the surface on both sides. The language is repeated in a different form on the domed lid — a central palmette motif with two lateral volute scrolls. A narrow decorative strip with the same acanthus elements runs along the stand ring, creating a cohesive ornamental system from base to tip.
